Ingredients for Vegetable Nuggets Recipe in Hindi

गाजर – 1/2 कप (कटा हुआ) (Carrot)
फूलगोभी – 1/2 कप (कटा हुआ) (Cauliflower)
आलू – 1/2 कप (कटा हुआ) (Potato)
बीन्स – 1/2 कप (कटा हुआ) (Beans)
मटर – 1/2 कप (Green peas)
शिमला मिर्च – 1/2 कप (कटा हुआ) (Capsicum)
अदरक लहुसन का पेस्ट – T spoon (Ginger garlic paste)
प्याज़ – 1/2 कप (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Onion)
कॉर्न फ्लौर – 2 – 3 Table spoon (Cron flour)
आलू चीप्स पैकेट – 1 (छोटा) (Potato chips)
मैदा – 4 – 5 Table spoon (Maida)
जीरा – T spoon (Cumin seeds)
लहसुन – 5 (Garlic)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
धनिया पत्ता – Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ)
नमक स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

 विधि

अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे प्याज़ डालकर भुने. उसके बाद अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, 1 लाल मिर्च पाउडर, कटा हुआ सब्जी डाल कर 2 नट पकाये. अब नमक मिलाकर धीमी आंच पर ढककर सब्जी पकने तक पका लीजिये. अब धनिया पत्ता मिलाकर गैस बन्द कर लीजिये.
अब मैदा, जीरा, आलू चीप्स, लहसुन, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, नमक मिलाकर मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस कर पाउडर बना लीजिये. मैदा मिश्रण आपको गिला लग रहा है, तो थोड़ा सूखा कर फिर से पीस लीजिये.
कॉर्न फ्लौर में थोड़ा पानी मिलाकर घोल तैयार कर लीजिये.

Cumin seeds – 1 tea spoon

Garlic clove – 5

Red bean stew powder – 2 tea spoon

Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon (finely hacked)

Salt – to taste

Oil – as required

Step by step instructions to Make Vegetable Nuggets Food Recipe

★ Heat oil in a skillet. Include onions and sear. At that point include ginger garlic glue, 1 spoon of red bean stew powder, vegetable pieces and cook for 2 mins.
