Ingredients for मटन कोफ्ता करी – Mutton Kofta Curry
कोफ़्ता के लिये
मटन – 1 किलो (Mutton)
प्याज़ -2 (Onion)
अदरक लहसुन – 2 Table spoon (Ginger,garlic paste)
बादाम – 2 Table spoon (Almond)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon ( (Turmeric powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
पुदीना के पते – 2 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा ) ( (Mint leaves)
धनिया पता – 2 Table spoon ( बारीक़ कटा ) (Coriander leaves)
बेसन – 2 Table spoon (Gram flour)
तेल -अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

खस-खस – 2 Table

चिरोंजी – 2 Table spoon (Chironji)
काजू – 2 Table spoon (Cashew nuts)
मूंगफली – 2 Table spoon (Peanuts)

लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 1/2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
तेजपत्ता – 2 (Bay leaf)
दही – 200 gm (Curd)
धनिया पता – 2 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा )(Coriander leaves)
गरम मसाला – T spoon (Garam masala)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
नमक – स्वाद अनुसार (Salt)
चिरोंजी – 2 Table spoon (Chironji)
काजू – 2 Table spoon (Cashew nuts)
मूंगफली – 2 Table spoon (Peanuts)

Ingredients for Mutton Kofta Curry Recipe
Lamb – 1 kg
Onion - 2
Ginger garlic glue – 2 table spoon
Almond – 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tea spoon
Salt – to taste
Mint leaves – 2 table spoon (finely hacked)
Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon (finely hacked)
Gram flour – 2 table spoon
Oil – as required
For Gravy
Poppy seeds – 2 table spoon
Chironji – 2 table spoon
Cashew – 2 table spoon
Peanuts – 2 table spoon
Ginger garlic glue – 2 table spoon
Red bean stew powder– 1/2 tea spoon
Straight leaf – 2
Curd – 200 gm
Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon (finely cleaved)
Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
Oil – as required
Salt – to taste
★ Wash lamb pieces with water. Keep 200 gms lamb aside. Sliced onions into pieces.
★ In weight cooker put sheep pieces, salt, onion pieces, ginger garlic glue, almonds, mint leaves, coriander leaves, simmered gram flour, turmeric powder blend them, cover and cook for 4 shrieks.
★ After that pound lamb in blender. Crush lamb which is kept separate in blender. Blend both lamb blends.
★ Shape this blend into little bundles of lemon size.
★ Heat oil in a dish. Sear lamb balls for 10 mins till they turn brilliant cocoa.
For Gravy
★ Grind poppy seeds, chironji and cashew in blender.
★ Heat oil in a dish. Include slashed onions and mix for 2 mins. Include narrows leaf, ginger garlic glue and mix. Include sauce masala, salt, red bean stew powder, curd blend and cook for 20 mins. Include broiled koftas and cook for 5 mins.
★ Tasty Mutton Kofta is prepared. Embellish with slashed coriander takes off. Present with naan or chapathi.
