Ingredients for Kashmiri Aloo Recipe in Hindi

छोटे आलू – 1/2 k.g (Baby potato)
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट – 1 T spoon (Ginger garlic paste)
गरम मसाला पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Garam masala powder)
दही – 1 cup (Curd)
धनिया पत्ता – 4 Table spoon (Coriander leaves)
इलायची – 4 (Cardamom)
तेज पत्ता – 1 (Bay leaf)
लौंग – 2 (Clove)
दालचीनी – 1 इंच का टुकड़ा (Cinnamon)
धनिया – 1 Table spoon (Coriander seeds)
जीरा – 1 Table spoon (Cumin seeds)
कश्मीरी सूखी लाल मिर्च – 5 (Kasmiri dry red chilli)
सौंफ पाउडर – 1.5 T spoon (saunf powder)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
तेल अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
नमक स्वादानुसार (Salt)

How to Make Kashmiri Aloo Recipe – विधि

प्रेशर कुकर में आलू और पानी डाल कर ढककर 3 विजल आने तक उबाल लीजिये.
आलू का छील लीजिये, छिले आलू को चारो और से फोर्क कर लीजिये. अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे आलू डाल कर चोरो और से गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक तल कर निकाल लीजिये.
अब एक छोटे पेन में कश्मीरी सूखी लाल मिर्च, धनिया, 2 इलायची, जीरा डाल कर भून लीजिये, और ठंडा होने के बाद मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये. दही को फेट लीजिये.

Garam masala powder – 1/4 tea spoon

Curd – 1 glass

Coriander leaves – 4 table spoons

Cardamom – 4

Straight leaf – 1

Clove – 2

Cinnamon – 1 inch piece

Coriander seeds – 1 table spoon

Cumin seeds – 1 table spoon

Kashmiri dry red bean stew – 5

Fennel seeds powder – 1/2 tea spoon

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tea spoon

Oil – as required

Salt – to taste
The most effective method to Make Kashmiri Aloo Food Recipe

★ Put potatoes, water in weight cooker and cook for 3 shrieks.

★ Remove potatoes skin, jab gaps with a fork in peeled potatoes everywhere. Warm oil in a dish. Placed potatoes in dish and broil till potatoes turn brilliant chestnut and keep them aside.

★ Take a little container and sear kashmiri dry red stew, coriander seeds, 2 cardamom and cumin seeds. In the wake of cooling toil them in processor. Whip curd.

★ Heat oil in a container. Include cove leaf, cardamom, clove, cinnamon and broil. Presently include ginger garlic glue and sear. Include whipped curd and blend. Presently include turmeric powder, salt, ground masala powder and blend. Include fennel seeds powder, garam masala powder and blend. Include some water and cook for 3 mins. Include broiled potatoes, cover with top and cook on low fire for 5 mins. Take curry into a bowl and trimming with coriander clears out. Kashmiri Aloo is prepared.
